Booking Terms & Conditions
Your Holiday Booking

The lead name making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized by all persons on the booking form to make the reservation.
All correspondence and documentation concerning the reservation will be sent to the lead name on the booking form.
On receipt of your deposit you will be sent confirmation by e-mail or post. On receipt of your confirmation please check that all details are correct
and if any changes need to be made please notify us within 7 days of receiving your confirmation.
A contract between Simply Florida Villas and you the client will be in effect once the deposit has been paid.
Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total rental is payable at the time of booking. If you book within 8 weeks of your arrival date the full amount of the reservation is due at that time.
If final payment is not made by this time we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you and a charge of up to 100% of the final invoice total may be levied.
A 4% credit card fee will be made on any transaction via credit card payment.
Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Checks/cash are acceptable with no additional fees.
Check In Time is 4 p.m. onwards and check out time is 10 a.m.
On your departure the villa will be checked by our housekeeper and should any damage or breakages be reported you will be notified by the company of any charges you may incur.
On your arrival it is advised that your party check to make sure there are no visible damages or breakages.
If you change your Holiday

If for any reason you have to change your holiday we will do our best to help and accommodate your changes.
Any changes made become effective when we have confirmed the changes in writing.
Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing. Cancellation will become effective
from the date it is received at our office. A cancellation confirmation notice will be sent to you.
All cancellations are subject to a charge payable by you. This is expressed as a percentage of the total holiday price.

Parental Supervision

Parents must supervise children at all times, particularly in the pool
area and accessing the villa via an uncarpeted area. Please do not take
glassware by the pool side. No responsibility/liability will be accepted
for any accident, injury or damage sustained during occupancy of villa
regardless of howsoever it may have occurred.
If we change or cancel your Villa

Should a situation ever arise where we incur a problem in the villa that
prevents us from allowing you to stay there you will be notified immediately
of the change and offered an alternative villa of the same standard or higher.
If the alternative villa was unacceptable a full refund will be given with
immediate effect.
If you have a Complaint

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint with your accommodation
you must immediately inform the management company who will endeavour to
rectify the situation. If the situation cannot be resolved you must put
your complaint in writing and send it to:

We will endeavour to resolve the matter amicably.
Our Liability

We do not accept responsibility if you suffer illness, injury or
death on your holiday unless it is due to the negligence of one of
our employees and the incidence is reported to the management company
within resort. In the event you do suffer injury or illness whilst
on holiday unconnected with arrangements made by Simply Florida Villas
we will endeavour to offer help and guidance and any assistance we can,
provided you contact the management company responsible for the villa.
Holiday Participation

If in the opinion of any person in authority you appear to be
unfit or are likely to cause disturbance or damage to the rental
villa we reserve the right to terminate your holiday arrangements
with us. We will not be liable to make alternative arrangements
for accommodation nor will be cover any costs you incur or make
any refunds.
Force Majeure

We cannot and do not accept responsibility for any cancellation
alteration or amendment to your booking brought about by way of riot,
civil strife, industrial dispute, natural and nuclear disaster, fire,
adverse weather conditions, technical problems, closure or congestion
of airports, cancellations or changes of schedules by airlines and
similar events beyond our control.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By placing a reservation with Simply Florida Villas,
you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.
